I always love to see words such as "incredibly simple to make" when I come across a recipe I'd like to try! I particularly liked your suggestion of using the Golden Egg-Net with avocado. Since avocado season has just ended I believe I'll wait on that, but I expect to decide on another delicious use very soon. Thanks for sharing this one!
