It seems appropriate that one of the first culinary related events I plan to attend in New York after returning from my time at The Fat Duck is a lecture with Hervé This, the man who coined the term "Molecular Gastronomy".

Hosted by one of my favorite organizations, The Culinary Historians of New York, it promises to be an intriguing evening of conversation with the man who started it all. Hope to see you there!
